HOW DO I ENSURE I CHOOSE THE PROPER SIZE?

Choosing the right size for your trunks is very simple. Just measure your waist, where you would like you swim suit to sit, and look up this measurement in our sizing table.

The design of our swim suit include an high resistance elastic band, which will ensure the proper fit along your waist without any trouble. This way we make sure it fits correctly!

HOW DO I PLACE MY FIRST ORDER?

Ordering your first TARIFAs is very simple.

+ Customize your swimsuit through our simple Customizer from scratch or start from one of our Suggestions.

+ Once you are happy with your design, add it to the shopping cart.

+ Create your account. We will send you your username and password so that you can log back in whenever you want.

Through your account you can view your purchase history, save your designs, add new shipping addresses and store your personal data to facilitate your next purchase (don't worry, in compliance with current legislation, do not store your credit card data).

HOW DO I PLACE SUBSEQUENT ORDERS?

To repeat the TARIFA and COMPANY experience, all you have to login, and access to your personal information within a few keystrokes.

The only data that you will have to fill back, will be the the payment information, as we do not store your card details. 

We hope that this process is simple enough and you will continue to grow your TARIFA and COMPANY collection.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY TARIFAs?

After you finish the order process, you should receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order. You can also always check your current and past orders by loging into our site.

A second e-mail will be sent to your once your TARIFAs have been built and have been shipped to the address you’ve indicated. This second e-mail will include the link and tracking number to the shipping company that will deliver your custom-made pair.

If you need to check back any order information, you only need to log into our web site.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Delivery is free all over the world. Don’t worry about the logistics, just dream about receiving soon the finest custom-built, fast drying, elegant piece of swimwear in the world: your own! ;-)

Our price includes all shipping and handling costs, however, do keep in mind that all TARIFAs are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place), which means that all import taxes and duties applied in your country from Spain are due by the buyer. If you live outside the EU, please check whether they may apply for your country.

WHAT ARE THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES?

You should receive your TARIFAs within 14 business days after the completion of your order, anywhere in the world. Yes, we know you want them fast, but we assure you that the result will make the wait worthwhile.  

As soon as your TARIFAs leave our workshop, we will send you an e-mail with a link and tracking number so you can check the status of your order.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

At TARIFA and COMPANY, we try make things easy and simple for you. We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal. If you have trouble with any of these methods, Contact Us, and we will try to offer you way of making the payment.

Our website is also equipped with the highest industry standards for encryption and security of your information. Also, we keep a registration for you, but we do not store your credit card or financial details, so you can feel safe when purchasing your TARIFAs.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

As you know, each pair of TARIFAs is unique. Customized by you, and made according to your wishes. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes to your order once the production process has started, but we will try! Please Contact Us with the order number and we will try our best to adapt to your changes.

Similarly, if you want to cancel your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible and we will stop our production process. Depending on what step of production the order is at, we might be able to give you a full or partial refund.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY TARIFAs?

Once you receive your TARIFAs, you have 7 days for returning your order. Given that these are customizable swimsuits, exchanges are accepted only on errors on your order (wrong color or details versus what you originally ordered) or manufacturing problems (although these are very rare, our artisan process is highly manual and we work hard to minimize these human errors).

If you find a mistake in your order, please Contact Us within 7 days, and we will provide you the details for the return and for you to receive your money back.

WHAT ARE SOME TIPS TO MAKE MY TARIFAs LAST?

We take pride on building long-lasting, endurable swimsuits, and we go great lengths to source the best materials, pair them with the finest tailors and make a great, resilient swimsuit.

This being said, swimsuits suffer. A lot. Chorine, salt water, sand, rugged surfaces and our beloved sunshine are all elements that make swimwear strain more than other pieces of clothing, and as such, here are a few tips to keep your TARIFAs as good as new:

+ Wash or rinse with cold, clean water after each use; this will get rid of most chlorine and salt water.

+ Avoid machine wash or drying machines; after a hand wash with some neutral soap, just squeeze out the water with your hands and hang out to dry in the shade. Our quick-drying materials will do the rest.

+ Avoid machine washes and tumble drying.

+ Try to avoid direct, extensive contact with rough surfaces, lotions or oils.

As your mother would tell you, "Take care of your things!"
